The ski bus stop is approx. 50m from the house and the ski slopes at Grosseck Speiereck are less than 5 mins drive. The ski resorts of Obertauern, Fanningberg and Katschberg are all within easy reach and can be accessed by ski buses from the village centre.

The house (198 m2) has 5 large bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 10. Two twin rooms are located on the ground floor, with a further twin bedroom and two double bedrooms (one with  south-facing balcony) located on the first floor.

The lounge is beautifully appointed with leather sofas and armchairs and has views across the valley to the neighbouring mountains. A CD player / ipod dock is available for use.

The modern kitchen with dining area is well equipped with microwave, electric oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.

The house has two bathrooms each with a WC, a shower room with WC and a further separate toilet. All bath and shower rooms are newly renovated.

In the basement there is a large games room and storage area for guest use.

Outside the house there is adequate parking for 3 cars and a garage which can be used for cycle and ski storage. The quiet garden has a terrace area for enjoying outside dining.
